David & Katie’s Elopement at Secret Beach
David and Katie were a fun couple who came to us for a traditional elopement. They booked our officiant, photography with Dee Brausch, and witnesses for their ceremony at Secret Beach. The best thing about Secret Beach is that it doesn’t get as populated as some of the other beach locations, because most people don’t know about it! Of course, if you book with us for an elopement, we will tell you how to get there. There is a trail from the road that leads you down a set of stairs all the way to the beach. The first part is rocks and pebbles with a little stream that separates one side of the beach from the other. It certainly makes for beautiful pictures.
Tide was a little high at the time of their ceremony so there wasn’t a lot of sandy parts to the beach. This didn’t stop David and Katie from making fun memories of their special day! If you are looking for a sandy stretch of beach, you might want to check it out closer to low tide. Secret Beach is a beautiful stretch, but during high tide you can expect to see more rocky areas than sand.
Both David and Katie were such happy people and they had a great time with their ceremony and pictures. Nothing but love and smiles from these two! After the ceremony, Dee took them all over the beach for their photo shoot. Secret Beach has many spots that are picture perfect. There are beautiful rock formations off the shore, and on. There are also little coves and tons of drift wood that decorates the beach.
We were truly honored to help David and Katie celebrate their big day! We wish them nothing but joy and happiness in the years ahead.
